Fabrics are stretchy and breathable with excellent recovery.

Choose size based on hips. Measure hips and pick the closest size. The numbers in the sizes (42, 45, 48, etc.) are the inches in the wrap at the hips when wearing as a wrap. Size down if you want a more form-fitting wrap. Size up 1-2 sizes if you like a looser, more relaxed fit.
